In detail
Web hosting client use one shared resource by default – an IP address. This is why generating a large volume of outgoing emails by one of them can lead to negative consequences for other clients: the IP can be added to various blacklists. This causes issues with delivering emails.
One user account can send no more than 30 emails per hour to prevent situations like these and to make sure that the emails aren’t being used to send spam. This limitation has nothing to do with the number of domains or email addresses. The limit can be increased by renting a
dedicated IP address. After that, you have to:
- Transfer all email domains to this address (dedicated IP).
- Make sure that an email address of one of these email domains is designated as the sender; for example, you can designate an address from one of the public services.
- Request a limit increase by messaging the support team. The message must contain the exact number (within reason).
